Community Assistance Program

Sheriff Herrig is implementing a Community Assistance Program to aide Elderly, Handicapped, and individuals who are HIGH RISK for COVID-19.

Delivery Assistance will include:  Prescription Delivery, Essential Food items from the grocery stores, Medical Supplies, and other essential supplies.

Orders will need to be paid for prior to delivery.  (Special Exceptions will be handled on a case by case basis.) 

Place your order to the grocery store, pharmacy or where you are needing supplies from.  Provide your name, address, and phone number to the business.  The business will call for a delivery to be made.  Your order will be delivered at the earliest convenience.

When your delivery arrives, please do not go out to greet the delivery person, stay in your home.  Your delivery will be placed at your door.   Before leaving the delivery person will call and let you know your delivery has been made.   Once the delivery person has left, you may then retrieve your items.

This is not black and white, and there will need to be some exceptions.   There are going to be gray areas as this is a work in progress.  We are here to help, if we can assist, we will do our best to accommodate and serve.
